And so i was reflecting on our squad's performance, and of course, mine as well, and i decided to just update this blog too .
Just a few days later and it will be POP already. From what yujian said last week, i really wonder if i myself, together with weikian, will be able to handle the POP, or just future activities well? Or maybe i should just give up my status as overall? Maybe one of you can do a better job then me. Or maybe it's due to my own attitude? Nevertheless, I am trying to change, to improve myself. Thinking back, our aim as instructors was to raise the unit's standards, isn't it? Maybe it's time that we really start to enforce on PICARD and ABC on the sec 1s, and train the sec 2s harder for they are, after all, going to take over us on March next year.
I don't know, maybe one of you have a better idea to suggest. I'm in doubt about my own capabilities. Anyway, if any of you have a even better idea on improving the unit's standard, why not just hold a meeting with everyone of us and share it?
Well, that's all for now i guess. Let's just work hard for the upcoming POP and survivathon first, before we worry about the challenges ahead.
