I will just add on to what amanda had said.
We are already NCOs-to-be, and will be taking over our unit for this year,
and first of all, which i think is the most important,
will be to set a good example to the new batch of sec 1s and of course, the sec 2s.
I won't talk much about this, because i think all of you will know what to do about it.
Basically, i think what we shoud emphasise on should be the PICARD.
The most important, i think it will be Discipline.
Also, We have already know one of our two posts.
I hope that we can do all our best in our posts in the upcoming activities for the year 2010,
and that we will be able to raise the unit's standard higher.
Oh, and for the secondary ones.
I know that the CIs have said that we must do whatever it takes so that as many sec 1s will remain in NP.
However though, I still think that there's a need for us to at least make sure that the sec 1s have basic discipline.
Try not to scold as much, but still, whenever necessary, we have to.
And lastly, Congratulations to Guan Hoe and Wei Kian for becoming the Camp Coordinator for the Secondary One Orientation Camp 2010! :D
