And so i was reflecting on our squad's performance, and of course, mine as well, and i decided to just update this blog too .
Just a few days later and it will be POP already. From what yujian said last week, i really wonder if i myself, together with weikian, will be able to handle the POP, or just future activities well? Or maybe i should just give up my status as overall? Maybe one of you can do a better job then me. Or maybe it's due to my own attitude? Nevertheless, I am trying to change, to improve myself. Thinking back, our aim as instructors was to raise the unit's standards, isn't it? Maybe it's time that we really start to enforce on PICARD and ABC on the sec 1s, and train the sec 2s harder for they are, after all, going to take over us on March next year.
I don't know, maybe one of you have a better idea to suggest. I'm in doubt about my own capabilities. Anyway, if any of you have a even better idea on improving the unit's standard, why not just hold a meeting with everyone of us and share it?
Well, that's all for now i guess. Let's just work hard for the upcoming POP and survivathon first, before we worry about the challenges ahead.

Well practically we have been teaching and planning the lesson by ourselves,
and hope that we will be able to let our juniors to have a memorable time in NPCC,
with the presence of us as their instructor.
Time flies,
and now its already April.
Most than a quarter of the year has past.
And I do believe that soon,
we will be guiding our future instructors (the Sec 2s).

I will just add on to what amanda had said.We are already NCOs-to-be, and will be taking over our unit for this year,and first of all, which i think is the most important,will be to set a good example to the new batch of sec 1s and of course, the sec 2s.I won't talk much about this, because i think all of you will know what to do about it.Basically, i think what we shoud emphasise on should be the PICARD.The most important, i think it will be Discipline.Also, We have already know one of our two posts.I hope that we can do all our best in our posts in the upcoming activities for the year 2010,and that we will be able to raise the unit's standard higher.Oh, and for the secondary ones.I know that the CIs have said that we must do whatever it takes so that as many sec 1s will remain in NP.However though, I still think that there's a need for us to at least make sure that the sec 1s have basic discipline.Try not to scold as much, but still, whenever necessary, we have to.And lastly, Congratulations to Guan Hoe and Wei Kian for becoming the Camp Coordinator for the Secondary One Orientation Camp 2010! :DAll the best!CchYSec3SquaD'10ASWEBOND AS 1-T.WP!

I'm now going to crap on order to save this dead dead dead blog..
Alright,
this year we will be taking over,
so hope that it will go smoothly for us (:
From yesterday activity,
we got to know the Secondary 1 juniors that are in NPCC.
And I do believe that some of them are quite rowdy.
But try not to scold them for the first few activities,
if possible,
just emphasize on their discipline first.
After the Orientation camp then give punishment (if needed).
Cause it is like a brand new life for them.
They needa cope with the new life in Secondary school.
So we need to give them some time..
And I have heard that some Secondary 2 have bullied the Secondary 1 people,
during the ice-breaking game.
Therefore I wish that you guys look out to this during the activity.
